The position is called Sales and Business Development Officers (SBOs), Boys and Girls, 18-30 years, who will have following roles/ responsibilities and obligations:

1- SBOs are expected to know their city very well.

2- SBOs are expected to have their own conveyance (bike) and android smartphone. Boys will be given Rs. 5,000 allowance per month for fuel and mobile phone expenses and Girls will be paid same amount for public transport travel arrangements and mobile phone expenses on acheivement of "minimum monthly target".

3- SBOs should be able use basic features of smartphone like browsing and e-mail etc and send information via e-mail.

4- SBOs will conduct field visits and collect data of willing handymen (electricians, plumbers, carpenters etc.) domestic servants etc., Servive Agents providing such services as Beuticians, Tutoring and Skills Coaching, Event Management etc in their City on a specified format (to be provided to short-listed candidates only) for a tech start-up.

5- SBOs may work on a casual basis and choose their own free time to work during day or evening. There is no minimum working hours per day as they will be paid on the first of every month according the number of entries/ data they have conveyed (via e-mail), brochures they have distributed and persons they have motivated to work, as the following rates:

6- A sales reprentative who coneys (via e-mail) a minimum 15 Valid Entries per day (450 in a month @ approx. 4 hours of work daily) will be paid according to this formula a monthly pay of minimum Rs. 22,500 and allowance of Rs.5000. All additional entries will be counted and paid according to above rates, so a person who intends to work full time (8-12 hours daily) has a chance of very handsome earning.

7- Casual and freelance SBOs will be expected to make a thresh-hold 100 entries per month, below which their services may be stopped from the next month. Conveying bogus/ false entries deliberately may cause termination of Services.

8- All SBOs will have a very special incentive package, in addition to the above payment. They will be expected to distribute Company Brochures. All persons who call company for sign-up after reading the brochures and tell the name of the SBO, will be marked as a Referrals by that SBO by the HQs. All Referrals will be paid at Rs. 25 per Referral
