Iqbal Day is the birthday of Muhammad Iqbal on 9 November and is a public holiday in Pakistan. Iqbal is known as Muslim philosopher and great poet and considered most important figure in the Urdu literature. He is widely admired by the Pakistani, Indian, Iranian and Turk poets.
